Refining My Steel Bike Collection: Moving Beyond N+1 + Tour of a Vintage Steel Bike Shop!

In this video, I share my updated approach to curating my steel bicycle collection. After weighing the pros and cons of five bikes I was undecided on in Part 2 of my collection series, I’ve decided to move away from the typical N+1 mindset. With your valuable feedback, I’m now applying a more selective, criteria-driven process for keeping or adding bikes to my collection. I’ll break down the new standards I’m using to ensure that each bike I own not only holds value but is one I truly love riding and displaying. This shift is all about building a more refined, high-quality collection of steel bikes that I’m proud to own. Part of my inspiration came from a book called "Vintage Steel Bikes," which I discovered during a visit to a bike shop in Berlin.
