Synch Pulse Painting

For the Synch Pulse experimental film night with a ‘Painting and Graphics’ theme, a canvas was painted during the course of the event by Brighton artist Maya Casaretti. The process was captured on video as the evening unfolded by cameraman Joel Byron, and Helliwell has made the film to give a sense of the occasion and The Rose Hill venue, which provides the home for the monthly Synch Pulse screenings. The soundtrack was composed with various reel to reel tape loops and Hellitron tone generator sounds.
