2007 HONDA PILOT - HVAC MODE ACTUATOR REPLACEMENT
Replacement of HVAC Mode Actuator motor in 2007 Honda Pilot (I believe 2006-2008 are the same). Air conditioning/heater was not switching from front vents to defrost vents. This is the motor located on the DRIVER'S side under the dash that controls which vents the air circulates in. Many videos show the HVAC Blend Door Actuator which is found on the passenger side but that is only to change temperature. Hopefully this helps some people looking for help! The part was $110 at my local auto parts store (in 2023). Be SURE you get the right part - I had to show them on their screen which part it was as they almost gave me the Blend Door Actuator and not the MODE Actuator.
