Mystery Regen Kit Radio - Part 1
Here is an art piece that is more than 100 years old. It's a Regenerative Receiver that appears to be constructed from a kit of parts in the early 1920's. I have never seen such symmetrical construction, and it appears to have been built into an end table piece, which the owner desired over the radio itself. The set has advanced features like progressive regeneration control, that is coupled to the tuning dial. This adds feedback automatically as you tune to lower frequencies where you need more, because of reduced mutual coupling. It also features 180-degree variocoupler technology. Reverse Engineering this will be a challenge. #soldersmoke #retro #radio #radioreceiver #vintage #hamradio #regeneration 1920 Kit Radio • 1920's Kit Radio
