Take my advice, AVOID Air China at all costs

I've never flown Air China until now and today, I put their long-haul Economy Class to the test onboard their Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, flying from São Paulo Guarulhos to Madrid Barajas. Heading into this flight, I was genuinely excited to finally experience Air China for myself, but what followed turned out to be one of the strangest and most disappointing long-haul flights I’ve taken in quite some time.
