The Ordnance Ammunition Battalion sought a more efficient solution for transporting various types of ammunition, including rifle cartridges and artillery shells, weighing between 20 and 60 kilograms. Moving these heavy munitions within facilities and onto the battlefield posed a considerable challenge for operators. In response, Akerush Co., Ltd. introduced a hydraulic crane system for installation on ISUZU FTS trucks to be used by the Ammunition Battalions. These trucks, equipped with hydraulic cranes, simplify the loading and unloading of containers onto their cargo areas and nearby vehicles. Furthermore, the hydraulic crane can be converted into a personnel lift, reaching a working height of up to 9.5 meters, approximately the height of a three-story building.
