The sun is shining, and our Kuckoo Camper "Bruno" is now capturing it for us! ☀️🏕️ After installing our new 200Ah lithium battery and Victron electronics in the last video, today we're adding the missing piece of the puzzle for complete eCamping self-sufficiency: SOLAR! We've mounted two semi-flexible solar panels from Offgridtec (ETFE-AL 120W 12V) on Bruno. In this video, I'll show you step by step how we mounted the panels, ran the cables, and connected everything to our Victron SmartSolar MPPT 100/30 charge controller. Especially with our VW ID. Buzz as our tow vehicle and a group of five (Yvonne, Benji, Maxi, our husky Ragnar, and me), a self-sufficient power setup is simply invaluable.
