These are very cheesy and creamy with the addition of that sour cream. Here are the ingredients: 2 cans (12.5 ounces each) chicken breast, drained or any cooked chicken, chopped 2 Tbs. olive oil 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 Tbs. butter 1 cup sour cream 2 cups chicken broth, low sodium 1 four ounce can green chile, I like Ortega brand 1 chopped tomato 3 1/2 Tbs. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 cups shredded Mexican Cheese blend 12 corn tortillas 3/4 cup vegetable oil This recipe is fantastic served with Spanish rice and refried beans and it's so easy and simple to make. Enjoy the recipe! If you want to make this gluten free, just make sure your ingredients are gluten free. I used a good flour called Tom Sawyer that you might want to check out. It is fantastic gluten free flour!
