The scope of delivery includes the trailer hitch including the appropriate screws and installation instructions, as well as the required 13-pin electrical kit, an adapter for 7-pin trailers, and the electrical installation instructions. The vehicle's engine cooling system may not be prepared for towing; in this case, it may be necessary to replace parts of the cooling system (e.g., fans). For vehicles without the black fuse holder (under the cover on the passenger side; visible when the door is open), an extension kit must be ordered separately. This can be found under "Suitable Accessories." An original bumper lower section including cover is available from your Audi dealer. Trailer hitch: for vehicles without tow bar preparation.
