After power training, we'll now practice our boxing defense. We'll be joining Bagas Winarso, who recently returned from America after training for approximately two years at the Wild Card gym, where Fredie Roach trained Miguel Cotto and Manny Pacquiao. The first movement is a waving/roll, where we lower our feet and maintain a straight body position to avoid hooks. The second defense involves a slip to minimize movement by rotating our waist to the right and left.
