The incident claimed the life of one person and is currently being handled by the Mataram Police Criminal Investigation Unit. The victim, identified as RI (19), a resident of West Pagesangan, Mataram City, was found dead after being involved in a fight with the alleged perpetrator, identified as AM (23), a resident of South Ampenan, Mataram City. Police have detained AM for further investigation. The Head of the Mataram Police Criminal Investigation Unit, AKP I Made Dharma Yulia Putra, confirmed the arrest of the alleged perpetrator and revealed the alleged motive behind the incident. "It's a debt issue, we're still investigating. Our interrogation is currently focused on the debt issue," said Dharma. The victim and the alleged perpetrator are related.
