Hello. This is Carmine Design. Project: Seongsu Trimaje 38PY A home delicately designed with a vibrant palette that blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings of the lower floor. 🏠 Upon entering, passing through a hallway with a view of the study's side, a spacious, open space unfolds, blending the kitchen, living room, and study into a large floor plan. Following the client's desire for a structure that was fully functional and open without wasted space, the non-load-bearing wall in the existing room adjacent to the living room was removed to create a study. The glass partition separating the study from its function sparkles with clear, translucent light, varying with the time of day. With low-rise windows positioned along the entire corner, this home allows natural views to flood into the interior. The windowsills are finished with rough marble, reflecting a primal aesthetic while also fulfilling a functional purpose. The master bathroom vanity is located within the dressing room, creating a long powder room. The natural stone sink, in bold and vibrant colors, features rounded corners for a touch of elegance.
