Bread and Butter Panettone Recipe - A Homemade English Christmas Day 1

Today, we're taking a classic British bread and butter pudding recipe and giving it a festive, Italian twist, with panettone. The recipe for the Bread & Butter Panettone is as follows: In Metric and Imperial: One whole panettone (750g), cut into slices and chunks 5 eggs 125g butter 300ml whole milk 300ml double cream 100g sugar teaspoon of vanilla extract spoonfuls of marmalade ***125 g butter is approximately 4.40925 ounces or a quarter pound (one stick) stick and a bit 300 ml of milk and cream is just over 1 1/4 Cup (1.26803 Cup) EACH 100 g sugar is 1/2 Cup Combine sauce and simmer for a couple of minutes until butter has melted.
