Women of Divine Purpose Marks 1 Year of Feeding Orphans and Supporting Schools in Asaba

Women of Divine Purpose, pioneered by Ambassador Mrs Sheila Oduma, CEO of Freda Fashion Empire, has celebrated its one-year anniversary with a renewed commitment to helping the less privileged in Asaba, Delta State and beyond. For one year, the humanitarian group has reached out to schools and orphanages, distributing notebooks, pens, school bags and sanitary pads to pupils and students. The organisation has also provided meals and support for orphans, bringing hope to children and vulnerable families. The anniversary celebration was chaired by the group’s Patron, Mr Efe Oduma, CEO of FRD Autos Nigeria Limited. He praised the organisation for taking responsibility for the welfare of the needy, stressing that government cannot do it alone. Mrs Joy Kelvin and Mrs Dumebi Arinze also spoke on the group’s achievements, humanitarian journey and its pledge to continue supporting children, orphans, widows and vulnerable people in society.
