Ever wondered what the journey of a Livspace’s modular cabinet looks like? Well, you’re at the right place! In this video, we’re going to take you through how we take great design, how we wrangle with the complexity of building a kitchen or a wardrobe - which in most cases has thousands of parts - and turn it into the most durable and beautiful Modular Interiors you’ve ever seen. It all begins with The Design Phase. We’ve dug through a lot of data to understand the nuances of the Indian consumer and our Home Interior Designs reflect these needs. Our designers are equipped with a tool that allows them to rapidly prototype Interior Designs and give you the ability to understand and actually visualise what you are getting in 3D. During the Sourcing Phase, we get very picky. Be it the core material, the laminates, the hardware, the accessories...everything is tested vigorously. Strength tests, borer-termite tests, we test moisture content levels, emission levels etc. Next comes the Manufacturing Phase. Almost all our manufacturing is automated and done by machines that are state of the art. With Livspace’s AntiBubble technology and AquaBloc technology the panels of your modular interiors will be smooth, seamless and protected from moisture. Following this, holes are bored in the panels using our CNC machine with zero error. Now it’s the QC phase. A dedicated team will now check every panel for defects, scratches, air bubbles, dust, accuracy, the type of laminate, the dimension of the panel and the positioning holes. Now we can finally move on to the last phase, packaging. The panels are flat-packed to minimise any physical stress on them during shipping. Corner protectors, corrugated sheets and bubble wrap are used to ensure your panels are well protected during transit.
