Abscess and Repair

Work in the FootPro Shop. This pleasure horse had a severe abscess in July and was shod at that time to stabilize the foot and give it some protection. Months later after no follow up or care by the owner, the hoof had extensive separation and damage that required a resection and patch using Vettec Adhere. We combined the first shoeing by Dave Farley with the one 7 months later by Hank Chisholm.
