How to Drop a Phil Bomb | The Other One Bass Lesson by the Grateful Dead
Here's a quick video where I try to teach you how to do Phil's roaring intro into a "Phil bomb" from the song The Other One, as well as the main groove of the song. I used the Dick's Picks 8 (Binghamton, NY 1970) version as the basis for this lesson as he obviously has played it many different ways over the years. Hope this helps some people, and if it does please give it a like. Thanks so much!
