The model Sperre HL2/160 is two stages ( low pressure and high pressure ) V-type piston air compressor . This model of Sperre HL2/160 is designed to maintain 30 bar pressure in the air system . The electrical power is switched OFF and Safety Labels are on place. There are few steps for the routine maintenance 2000 running hours ( Routine A) of two stage compressor Sperre model HL2/160 V-type : The lubricating oil need to be replaced The flexible coupling between the compressor and motor need to be checked (replaced if need it ) Air filter need to be cleaned All bolts and nuts to be checked for proper tightening Make sure that all automatic equipment is properly working Bed bolts to be checked Vibration dumper and hose connection to be checked All pipe connections to be checked Now the system can be restored and air compressor tested.
