I Finally Figured Out the BEST Time to Plant Onions (It Depends…)

In this video, I’m walking through our onion patch and sharing a big lesson we learned this season about planting timing. Last fall, we ran an experiment planting onions in October vs November to see which timing worked best. What we found wasn’t as simple as “earlier is better” or “later is better.” Instead, it came down to something most gardeners overlook — the maturity date of the variety.
