We left the Sazlıca campsite in a storm, with winds of 11 m/s. We drove across the mainland via Ankara. We stopped at a large parking lot and gas station with water and free electricity. Ankara - Afyonkarahisar Road. Coordinates: 39.218903, 31.348608. The caravan and car were covered in sea salt after the storm on the coast. We washed the caravan and car twice. One suspension was rusted from the salt. Weather: +5°C. We reached Unyo and stopped at the campsite. Coordinates: 41.144353, 37.192211. As they say, we caught our breath and continued on. The calm before the storm, phew. Georgia ahead. We found a place to stay on Google Maps in the town of Mtskheta, near Tbilisi. We were lucky. A wonderful place, owned by a winemaker. Our vacation continues. Ahead of us lies an excursion to ancient temples and churches, an instructive history lesson, and magnificent views.
