You can make really rich and creamy vanilla ice cream at home. After I uploading the video of chocolate ice cream recipe, I have many requests to upload other ice cream recipes, so I am uploading a vanilla ice cream recipe here. I hope you enjoy it. Ingredients : 1. 200 ml of milk (1 + 1/8 paper cups) 2. 180 ml condensed milk (1 paper cup) Instead of vanilla extract, it is made with strong condensed milk for flavor, so if you don't like sweetness or don't like condensed milk, I recommend reducing the condensed milk to about 100 to 150 ml. 3. 250 ml of whipping cream ( 1 + 1/2 paper cup) 4. 2 egg yolks 5. 50 g of sugar (4.5 tablespoons. If whipping cream is sweetened, add only 2.5 tablespoons) 6. If you have vanilla extract, you can add 2 teaspoons of it. By referring this recipe and my other recipe of ' Premium Coffee Ice Cream', you can make various types of ice cream.
