Fire Crackers (aka Alabama crackers)
We are getting ready for our chicken stew so today I'm making Fire Crackers to go with the stew. FIRE CRACKERS 1 box of saltine crackers 1 2/3 cup of veg oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 2 envelops Ranch dressing mix 2 Tablespoons red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp black pepper Mix everything except crackers in a zip lock bag. Mix well. Add the box of crackers and rotate bag around several times. Come back ever few minutes for an hour and turn bag over to make sure every cracker is coated. Let sit overnight. Enjoy!! No baking needed!
