today I had to double up do to the fact I missed yesterday so here's the lifts *Legs A (Quad Bias)* Warm-up: Preferred + Hip Adduction/light ham curls Hip Adduction — 3x10 Hack Squat (narrow, quad bias) — 2x5-9 Leg Extensions — 2x8-10 (+ dropset last) Lying Hamstring Curl — 3x8 Seated Calf Raise — 3x failure (8-12 controlled) *Push B* Seated Overhead Press — 2x6-9 Incline Press variation — 2x6-9 Lateral Raises (different variation) — 3-4x8-12 Rear Delt Fly (Reverse Pec Dec or Cable) — 3x8-12 Face Pulls — 2x10-15 Overhead Tricep Extension — 2x6-10 Tricep Pushdown — 2x8-12
