Master George Rego, sensei of the Jukido Academy, and Shawn-Michael exchange throws to loosen up during an open dojo practice session. This training method of utilizing nage-waza (throwing techniques) in a moving fashion is a bridge between stationary forms of practice and full randori (judo and jujitsu style sparring). The Jukido Jujitsu Academy is located in Palm Coast, Florida. The Jukido system of jujitsu is based on traditional martial arts ethos while maintaining the primary goal of preserving the art as a means of modern, effective, and realistic self-defense. George Rego Sensei is a godan at the publishing of this video and is the National Jukido Jujitsu Director for the International Kokondo Association (IKA). The Jukido Academy is the regional headquarters for the IKA and the art of Jukido Jujitsu.
