Parts of a Screen Accurate Darth Vader Costume

It's Jon, and not only do I love to make movie props and costumes, but I have a lot of fun wearing my screen accurate Darth Vader costume as a member of the 501st Legion's Midwest Garrison. Take a look at the parts of my Vader armor which I built over the course of 18 months. It's starting to show it's age a bit after seven years, and I've decided to begin upgrading now that I've grown a lot as a maker. So this video serves as a baseline for those improvements.
