Ingredients List: 700 g ground beef 1 onion Dried bread 1 teaspoon of baking soda Salt Black pepper For the top: Butter Tomato paste Yogurt Tomatoes Pepper Pita Preparation: We soak the stale bread, squeeze out the water and drain them. We grate the onion into the minced meat and put the bread. Add the baking soda, salt and pepper and knead. We rest the minced meat for half an hour, then give it a round shape with the middle of the palm. We get thin meatballs. We heat the pitas in the pan. We melt the butter in a pan. In another pan, we pour a little oil into the tomato paste and mix it, then add water to make it consistenct and boil it. We cut the toasted bread into cubes and place it on the plates. Then we fry the meatballs. We put it on the bread. We pour sauce over it. We put yoghurt on the side. We put the cooked tomatoes and peppers on the edge of the plate.
