Foton has launched a complete line of electric commercial vehicles, and the highlight is the new eView Connect. Designed for urban logistics and last-mile deliveries, this van arrives with an aggressive price of R$ 259,900 and the promise of a payback of just two and a half years for the operator. Equipped with a 170 hp engine and a 50.23 kWh battery from CATL, the eView Connect offers 245 km of range and a payload capacity of over 1,150 kg, with a 7.2 m³ compartment that accommodates pallets thanks to the wide side door and the 270-degree opening rear doors. But the launch goes beyond this model. The automaker simultaneously presented seven new products, including the eAumark truck line (6T, 9T and 12T) and the eView Grand and eToano Pro vans. Foton's strategy is clear: it's not just about selling electric vehicles, but about convincing those who currently operate with diesel through the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). With LFP chemistry batteries supplied by CATL, extended warranty for high-voltage components, and a consultative approach from dealerships, the brand wants to show that the numbers add up.
