Gayatri Mantra Meaning
Gayatri Mantra is one of the most powerful chants of the Sanathana Dharma - it is a chant for Enlightenment and ultimate Self-Empowerment. Written by Sage Vishwamitra, this mantra is considered the epitome of all mantras in the Hindu Theology. At one of the lecture sessions at the Kaivalya Yoga Gurukulam , the meaning of Gayatri Mantra was learnt in depth. The lecture is delivered by Sunder Iyer, who is the Founder of Kaivalya Yoga Gurukulam (a.k.a) . KYG is a non-profit organization devoted to raising awareness of the spiritual aspects surrounding Yoga in addition to intense physical practice. KYG disseminates the philosophy and science of Yoga essentially as a Spiritual Practice, aimed towards Self Actualization and Self Realization. When learnt and practiced in this manner, Yoga becomes an Empowered and Enlightened Lifestyle.
