Team 17 Collection 1 on Evercade - EVERY Game Reviewed - Hyper Mega Tech | The Big Daddy D Reviews
For my third Evercade cartridge review, we're looking at something a little bit different. Instead of playing through a collection of arcade games from a Japanese company like I did with my reviews of the Data East and Neo Geo collections, I'm looking at something a little closer to home. In this video, I'm reviewing Team 17 Collection 1, featuring ten titles from the plucky Yorkshire-based independent game studio that brought us the Alien Breed and Body Blows series, along with other beloved favorites like Project-X, Qwak, ATR - and the only pool and bowling games currently available on Evercade! In addition to reviewing all the games on this collection, I'll be presenting a short history of the company, from their early days as 17-Bit Software in a small office/shop above an amusement arcade, to having an exhibition created for them in Wakefield Museum celebrating over thirty years of success in the video game business! What was your favorite Team 17 game from the Amiga days? What games do you think should be included in a possible second collection? And do you think this collection should have had at least one Worms game on here?! Let me know in the comments, and thanks for watching!
