Crusader 60. A Model Aircraft Engine You Can Build Without Castings. Ep.7 - The Cylinder Head.
#modelaircraft #nitroengine The Crusader 60 is a 0.6 cubic inch (10cc) model aircraft engine designed by George Genevro, a prolific and highly regarded designer and builder of model aircraft engines. It was described in a series of build articles in the "Home Shop Machinist" magazine in 2005. The engine can be made from flat bar and round stock and requires no castings. It is similar to the Titan 60 engine that I built in this playlist • The Titan 60 Glow Plug Engine In this episode I machine the cylinder head and deal with some unfortunate issues relating to the original build notes.
