Dear ‪@verabradley‬… I’ve loved your bags for decades but the super short and thin straps inspired by a friendship bracelet are not going to work for me. I truly hope you consider listening to your loyal customers and offer wider and longer straps on crossbody bags in the next release. I really wanted to find something new to try in this rebranding. I might have at least tried some accessories but not with the $99 minimum purchase to get free shipping.
