410 Sprint Cars At High Speeds at Port Royal Speedway!

Port Royal Speedway is one of the most iconic dirt tracks in America, and tonight we finally got another chance to race the famous Speed Palace during Pennsylvania Sprint Week! After a rainout in Montana, we made the long haul back east to jump into one of the toughest weeks of sprint car racing. With 44 talented 410 sprint cars in the pit area, temperatures over 90 degrees, and humidity pushing the heat index above 100°, it was one of the hottest race days of the season. We qualified 5th in our flight, started on the front row of our heat race, and locked ourselves into the feature. Starting 8th in the 30-lap A-Main, we battled on an extremely fast, high-grip Port Royal Speedway surface where passing was at a premium. After an intense race at over 100 MPH, we drove the Buch Motorsports No. 13 to a 6th-place finish and continued building our notebook for when the High Limit Racing Series returns later this season. Every lap at Port Royal teaches you something, and this night was no different. We learned a lot, gained valuable experience, and continued our streak of competitive runs.
