NEW Halloween Decor 🎃 + Therapy Wins & Dinner Out | Vlogtober Day 11

Welcome to Vlogtober Day 11! Today was a much better day. I had my therapy session this morning, and it really helped me come up with a new, more balanced plan for tracking calories and healing my relationship with food. After that, Ted and I went out to dinner at Texas Roadhouse (yes, I had the roll!) and then did a little Halloween decor shopping at Walmart. We found some super fun spooky pieces, including a giant light-up skeleton that I cannot wait to put on the porch!
