The section that starts from Ponteceso to join the variant that comes from Laxe is only 3 kilometers long. A short route but with important monumental and natural assets, starting from the town of Ponteceso itself, which was a former port of transit of goods and that in the post-war period also lived its golden age with the exploitation of wood. Here is preserved the birthplace of the poet Eduardo Pondal, from whom stanzas of his poem "Os Pinos" were taken for the creation of the Hymn of Galicia. The city is located in the final stretch of the Anllóns River at its exit to the sea, which allows us to enjoy a beautiful environment as we progress gaining height by the reliefs of O Monte Pequeno. On the other hand, the Romanesque temple of San Fins de Anllóns, which we find in the place of Anllóns Grande, is of great interest. In this church Jesus, a fellow countryman from A Garga, awaits us and accompanies us to this last village to finish this itinerary.
