Walking Stick Handles... a better attachment with threaded rod and threaded metal insert.
The weak point of any added on handle will be the attachment point and how secure it is in the different parts. Hopefully this approach will stand the test of time. Over engineered is better than a slap it together technique. Remember, it's only one way and not the only way. Cheers
