And it's not about pronunciation. I grew up in the USA, so the holidays have always been associated with one specific day, specific customs, and a very specific meaning of words like Christmas, Santa, or Holidays 🎅 It wasn't until I lived in Poland that I noticed that we use the same words, but we think about them completely differently 🤔 In the latest episode, I talk about how Americans really view the holidays and why you can hear it in the language—even if you say it "correctly." Finally, I wish you a peaceful, happy holiday season 🎄 in whatever way makes sense to you—in Polish, English, or simply your own way 😊 New episodes every Tuesday at 8 p.m. ↗↗↗↗↗↗↗↗↗↗↗↗ Contact our office: 📨 [email protected] -------------------------------------------------------- Plain English as a podcast: 🎧 Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/6rLC1Kk... #QuickLearn #EnglishCourse #Fiszki #Words
