Fuljar Soda is a popular Kerala/Sri Lanka street style drink that is perfect to cool you down on a hot summer day. The credit of its popularity goes to its unique style of preparation. A shot glass filled with mint green chilly and ginger puree is dropped in a long glass containing soda which causes a reaction and makes the soda fizz up. You might have seen videos of Fuljar Soda all over social media and hence I also gave my first try.. I loved the experiment and the taste was fantastic so refreshing. To make this recipe; You need club soda, green chilli, ginger, mint leaves, lime juice, salt and sugar syrup.
