St Joseph Tenaru High School - Solomon Islands - Cultural Day highlights 2026

Our culture, our pride “Our culture, our pride” was the theme for this year’s Cultural Day at St Joseph Tenaru Catholic National Secondary School. The event was held at the school compound on Saturday, March 7, where students gathered to celebrate and showcase the rich cultural diversity of the Solomon Islands. School Principal Mr. Jeoffrey Poea said the cultural celebration is an annual event on the school’s calendar that allows students to present and share the traditions of their different ethnic groups. He said the event provides an important opportunity for students to learn about their cultural identity while also appreciating the cultures of others.
