Vice-Admiral Silvestre Correia is the new Naval Commander Vice-Admiral Alberto Manuel Silvestre Correia is the new Naval Commander, replacing Vice-Admiral Henrique Eduardo Passaláqua de Gouveia e Melo. The handover ceremony was held at the Lisbon Naval Base and was presided over by the Chief of Staff of the Navy, Admiral António Maria Mendes Calado.
