Andrey began looking for an apartment in Sochi, considering Dagomys, Mamaika, Donskaya, and Makarenko, and chose the Makarenko district. The family moved in two weeks later. It was August, the sea was warm, and they enjoyed the nature and the sea. However, their feelings were still mixed: the house had no sandbox, swings, playground, or yard area. It felt like they'd been thrown back 30 years. The goal was to achieve results at work, and then Rostov, Krasnodar, and Moscow came along, so they ignored the inconveniences: they enrolled the children in kindergarten, then their son went to school. And so it turned out that their son was already swimming, their daughter was in kindergarten, and everyone had grown accustomed to it, so they didn't want to move. There's no other city in Russia with a climate like Sochi's, a safe place for children to move. The family lived in Makarenko Street in a rented apartment for 25,000 rubles per month until they bought an apartment in the Ministerskie Ozera residential complex. Sochi has changed dramatically in 10 years. Everything is changing: the infrastructure, parks, and roads are improving from good to very good. The main advantages of Sochi are the climate and nature, the wildlife, the comfort and safety, and the city's positive changes.
