JEMBER FASHION CARNAVAL (JFC) 2023. This activity is a permanent agenda carried out by the Jember district government and related parties. This activity is carried out once a year, usually to enliven the celebration of the Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia, precisely in August. Participants in this activity were apart from the people of Jember district itself, but were also attended by participants from other districts, including those from other than East Java province. Participants from several other neighboring countries also attended, not to mention various artists from within the country and from abroad also attended. This event will be held from 4 to 6 August 2023. The participants also took to the road which started from the Jember city square and ended at Jalan Hayamwuruk, Jember city, a distance of around 3.6 km. Participants consisted of adults to children, who also took to the streets, namely the father and mother of the Jember Regent. The audience's attention was extraordinary, spectators crowded on the right and left shoulders of the road along the Jember Fashion Carnaval (JFC) activity route.
