Get to Know Us - Pinal County Civil Hearing Office

The Pinal County Civil Hearing Office hears proceedings for civil violations of a state statute, county code, ordinance or resolution. These citations are issued by Animal Care and Control, Code Compliance, or Building Safety in response to resident complaints. Respondents are given the opportunity to clear their citation; if this doesn’t happen, the citation is referred to the Civil Hearing Office. Both sides of the citation are heard by the Hearing Officer, who then issues a ruling.
