We took on the easiest 9 holes at Ellesmere Port Golf Club… off the shortest tees… and the plan was simple: shoot level par or better. But the weather had other ideas. With 20–30mph winds battering every tee shot, approach and putt, what should’ve been a comfortable under‑par round turned into a proper battle.
