At first I wanted to do Victory, but I was struggling to make it different from Patrik Pietschman's version. His version is at the level of playing that I am at right now so it's kinda how I would also play it...anyways I might try again another time. So instead I decided to tackle one of their longest tracks: Impossible. Surprisingly enough it was much easier than I thought to make, it's very precise and easy to understand. All the different sections are unique, so than it's just a matter of adding them together. I was really surprised that I was actually able to play this! You'll notice that I didn't play the entire song of 9min...I decided to remove some sections that were repetitive because on the piano alone it felt just too long and there were so many ways I could make it sound different while still playing the same theme over and over again. So anyways I skipped some repetitive parts. I think overall, with these changes, it’s a more interesting piece to play on the piano by itself, even if you don’t know the original. I also played a little slower because first I can't play faster! and also because I don't think the track benefited that much from a higher speed... In the end I'm very happy with how this turned out! I think it captures the energy of the track and that's what was important in my opinion. It’s incredibly fun to play, especially after a long day’s work, it really gives you energy! Hope you guys like it!
