Intake shifter rod bushing noise and vacuum leak
What you're hearing here is both a combination of the intake shifter bushings being worn out, and a vacuum leak of one of the gaskets of the shifter rod, which is the green gasket that can be seen at around 0:30 . The rattling and poor sound of the engine is because because of the vacuum leak. Once i replaced both the shifter bushings and the gasket it ran well.
