Do watch this recipe too: Sugar Free Oil Free Eggless Chocolate Cake -   • Sugar Free Oil Free Eggless Chocolate Cake...   Ingredients: Dates - 2 cups (350 gm) Hot Milk - 1 cup Oil- 3/4 cup Curd - 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour - 2 cups (300 gms) Baking Powder - 1 tsp Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/4 tsp Milk - 1/2 cup Chopped/ grated Carrot - 1/2 cup Chopped Dates and walnuts - a few Method: 1. Soak dates in hot milk for 30 min. 2. Blend in dates and milk together to prepare dates puree. 3. Transfer blended mixture in a bowl. Add in oil and curd and wisk well. Sieve dry ingredients in same bowl. 4. Add in half cup milk in batter in batches to prepare smooth batter. 5. Transfer batter in a lined baking 8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle some Chocolate chips. 6. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 min until toothpick comes out clean. 7. Cut when cool.
