Bangkok was melting, so I headed for the coast in search of sea air, a stunning beachfront apartment, and one of my favourite places in Thailand. After I show you the apartment briefly, we wander around a wonderful military scrapyard, open air museum, coffee shop and aviation graveyard all rolled into one. Rusting Jeeps, abandoned aircraft, choppers, boats, military relics and hidden corners make this one of the strangest and most interesting places I've ever been.
