Carnevale Termitano 2026 - La lettura del Testamento in Diretta

At 8:30 PM in Piazza Duomo, the eagerly awaited reading of the Testament of Lu Nannu took place, performed by Notary Ciccio Barracca, who replaces Notary Mezzapinna, a character created and played by Nando Cimino, who is retiring after a distinguished thirty-year career. The Testament depicts with irony and sarcasm events from city life, as well as the complaints of the people, embodied by the figure of Nannu, addressed to local governments and citizens.
