「これで仕事は無理」男性社員が生理痛を疑似体験　女性の約８割が生理痛で「生活に支障」

This is an initiative to help men understand the unique pain experienced by women. A corporate training session simulating menstrual cramps was held in Fukuoka City. This training session was held by Pfizer, a major pharmaceutical company with two-thirds male employees, to deepen men's understanding of menstrual cramps and promote a more comfortable working environment for female employees. Sixteen managers, both male and female, from the Kyushu branch participated. A male employee who participated in the training commented, "It's quite painful," "I can't concentrate, and not knowing when my period will come again is tough." According to a Cabinet Office survey, 81.9% of women said that menstrual discomfort "interferes with their lives."
