The vinyasa flow in this yoga class gets interrupted when the substitute instructor turns out to be a spy. When two spies show up to what should be a normal yoga class, they turn it into an intense back-and-forth that lays bare the inner workings of spy politics in their organization. If both survive the yoga class, they will have disobeyed orders from the covert spy syndicate they work for, the Conglomerate.
